This policy applies to digital token purchases for SPACE4TIME RCN. Online payments are processed through Paddle.
If no token from a purchased pack has been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
If only part of the token pack has been used, we may offer a partial refund for the unused portion after case review.
Once all tokens from a pack have been consumed, the purchase is normally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a confirmed technical failure on our side.
If a verified technical problem prevented correct token usage, we may restore the token balance or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Where consumer law applies, statutory withdrawal rights remain in force, except where digital content has already been used in a way that legally excludes withdrawal.
